My partner and I are honestly disappointed in the service we received upon purchasing our first home together. An assortment of broken promises from the real estate agent caused an extremely stressful and messy settlement. Due to our circumstances it was even more stressful as my partner was working offshore the entire time, I feel my lack of experience and knowledge was taken advantage of by the agent and the seller. Despite being told certain things would happen and having those things in writing, I was then told it was not enough. I am actively not recommending Ray White Beenleigh and especially not Rob Tindall. I would also like to mention how unprofessional it is to show up unannounced on a Saturday.
