Rob Tindall gave us his commitment on first meeting him that he would sell our house and help us achieve the best price. Words are easily said but harder to follow up with action little a lone achieve with results. Robs advise on several things we could do to better present our home, which ticked all the boxes come open house time and each time we received "wow" as the opening line when Rob would provide us with open house feed back. Within 24 hours we had a great offer, only to have an over zealous building inspector fault our house to help the potential buyers pull out. Rob true to his word did not blink an eye lid, he simply brushed us all off after the big let down and had us all excited about the next open house and more potential buyers. Rob's enthusiasm never wavered even with some genuine Tyre kickers wasting everyone's time. Rob chased all leads and well into evenings and some early mornings and always kept us informed. The last offer was a little low and Rob negotiate the buyers offer up to a point that was dead on the money for us to happily sell. We got what we wanted. That would normally be it. Onto unconditional then settlement but the buyers and their conservancy lawyer where all over the place and very disorganized to say the least with several false starts at their end. But Rob never showed if this was wearing him down he simply kept us informed and kept us up beat about the pending sale. Settlement stretched on well beyond anyone's patience especially ours as it was now costing us money due to their tardy lawyer and the buyers immaturity but Rob never gave up leading the buyers and their lawyer towards a successful settlement. Rob showed true grit and a never give up attitude to make the sale happen. I would recommend Rob Tindall to anyone and more importantly when it comes time to sell or buy I'll be seeking Rob out. I met Rob when I enquired about inspecting the above property - immediately upon meeting him, I felt totally comfortable with the guy.....he could communicate on my level with an ease that made me like him straight away. At all times during the negotiations, he was honest, up front, and forthright.....nothing was ever a problem, and if you called him, even at 8pm on a Sunday night, he’d always get back to you immediately. I found Rob to have that fine balance of total professionalism combined with an easy going “Everyman” way of communicating. I can’t rate Rob highly enough, and will recommend him to anyone and everyone. Definitely a cut above the rest. Thanks Rob, for making it all easy.
