Right from the beginning Rob was wonderful, he was always available to talk or help. Nothing was ever to much trouble. As first home buyers we thought the process was going to be terrifying! Rob put us to ease and helped us with any questions we had along the way. Communication was good through out the process. Ray White - Beenleigh as a company was very pro-active via Email and telephone calls. Rob was helpful and returned calls . Quality customer service is long dead & buried & Real Estate Agents are akin to lawyers & sharks - or so I believed until I met Rob Tindall at Ray White, Beenleigh! As well as being a very knowledgable professional who is truly passionate about what he does, he has also consistantly proven himself to be a sincere, honest & genuinely caring person; going above & beyond what I have painfully come to expect from any salesperson or even people in general. As extremely busy as he is, Rob never once failed to treat me as if selling my house was his #1 priority in life or to call/email/anything-else he said he would do... when he said he would do it. As a bonus, , after another agency failed to even raise an offer on my house in 90 days, Rob had a signed contract in less than 3 weeks! Rob acted professional with good area knowlege and creative ideas from the first step. He had great communication with me as the vendor, even after contract had gone uncondirional Rob still kept regular contact. Rob used all resources that were available to him in order to ensure a quick sale and also obtained our asking price. I would have no problem engaging Rob to sell my next house should that opportunity arise again.
