Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend Locky & Team I had an exceptional experience working with Locky to sell my property, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. I’m based in Melbourne while the property is on the Gold Coast, so the entire process was managed remotely via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Despite the distance, Locky made everything feel seamless and completely under control, with consistent communication and updates that kept me fully informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how proactive and easy he was to work with. He coordinated closely with my tenant to organise inspections smoothly and respectfully, and expertly navigated caretaker and building management requirements to ensure access was never an issue. He handled all of the complexities effortlessly, which made the whole experience stress-free for me. The result speaks for itself: the property was sold within just three weeks, achieving a price I was very happy with and felt was fair in the current market. I also want to give a special mention to Maddie in the admin office. Maddie was fantastic—extremely responsive, organised, and helpful with all documentation and coordination. Everything was handled efficiently and went through without a hitch. Overall, this was a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Locky and his team to anyone looking to sell their property—especially if you’re managing it remotely

Lachlan was absolutely exceptional in helping Mum and Dad sell their property. Right from the first meeting, he threw himself into the process — organising everything needed to get the home ready for market and keeping us informed every step of the way. His communication was prompt, transparent, and always thoughtful. Rather than pushing us toward any particular decision, he made sure we had all the information we needed to choose what was best for the family. He worked tirelessly throughout, and the end result was a truly great sale. We are so grateful and would not hesitate to recommend Lachlan to anyone.
