We had a very pleasurable experience buying our home with Tim Grevell from Ray White. Tim was willing to meet us at various times that suited our schedule as we both worked away from the Gold Coast. Tim really knew the area and recent sales. Tim supplied all of the documentation that we required and true to his word - followed up. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Tim Grevell
We had followed Tim and his success story in the Benowa market for a number of years before deciding ourselves to sell our home with him. Tim's expertise is second to none with his ability to acquire the right buyers for the right property. Tim's compassion comes from being a family man himself and he truly cared for our interest every step of the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tim and his valuable team to another vendor or even to a buyer as he seems to care for both parties genuinely.

Tim was able to secure the listed price at the first inspection, and a record complex townhouse sale price at that! I am delighted by my experience with Tim, he made the entire process very smooth for me. I would recommend him again!
Tim Grevell
Tim, has been amazing the whole way through the process for us. Never has had an issue with answering questions, or helping us to gain access for several looks at the property. Tim has made the process of our purchase very easy and can not fault him in any way.

Tim provided sound advice and constant feedback throughout the selling process. He listened to our requirements and acted promptly when the opportunity to sell presented. On top of this Tim is a very approachable person. We have moved on to new beginnings, thanks to Tim Grevell from Ray White Benowa. We found Tim to be a well organised agent, with a great work ethic. Tim held up to three open homes every week and always worked with our best interest at heart. Tim is a positive person & we appreciated this with our sale. Thanks Tim and the Ray Benowa.

Tim was very easy to deal with during the process of purchasing my new home. His knowledge of the area and surrounding properties for sale, helped with my confidence on purchasing the property.

Tim is golden! Buying our first property in Australia was a big decision. We inspected many Gold Coast properties. It was our interest in this Benowa property and the follow up from agent Tim that made us feel comfortable and literally at home with this purchase. Tim covered everything and demonstrated good market knowledge. We look forward to living in the home. Regards Wendy & Kristof

After months of being on the market with another agent with no offers, we needed to make a positive change to achieve a sale. Tim came to us recommended, and he didn't disappoint. The difference in enthusiasm, confidence and buyers numbers that Tim delivered was streets ahead of the existing agent we had. We sold within 3 weeks with Tim. A nice guy, very hands on, helpful and real. Bryce & Yoshiko McIntosh.

Tim you did a great job for us re our property at 118 Slatyer. I would have thanked you earlier but my dear wife of 65 years passed away a month ago and I have been in shock since. All the best Desmond Brooks.
