Great recommended agent.
Tim provided sound advice and constant feedback throughout the selling process. He listened to our requirements and acted promptly when the opportunity to sell presented. On top of this Tim is a very approachable person. We have moved on to new beginnings, thanks to Tim Grevell from Ray White Benowa. We found Tim to be a well organised agent, with a great work ethic. Tim held up to three open homes every week and always worked with our best interest at heart. Tim is a positive person & we appreciated this with our sale. Thanks Tim and the Ray Benowa.

Moves heaven and earth
Tim is golden! Buying our first property in Australia was a big decision. We inspected many Gold Coast properties. Fantastic agent

A Fantastic Agent!
Over the course of our buying search we bumped into quite a few agents, some were really great and very helpful, but others were pushy and almost desperate to sell the homes they had listed, some even encouraging us to make offers on homes we had expressed no real interest in. Tim took interest, and tried to help us from day 1. Thanks to Tim, we found the ideal home on a quiet street that wasn't expected to the market until 2019. Sincere thanks Tim. Benowa’s Active Agent
We have known Tim as an active local Real Estate Agent for several years. We have followed his sales in our neighbourhood of Benowa and in particular a recent auction.
