Purchasing made easy!

Great Agent
We Looked for the best agents in our area and everything we looked at directed us to Tim and Carita. It took Tim Grevell and his colleague Carita Lanham from the local Ray White Benowa office to find the right buyer. Both agents worked very astutely across the campaign. Tim hatched a creative plan with a Sydney agent & matched a buyer moving to the Gold Coast looking for what our home offered. Tim personally drove them to our home which we observe is a personal trait not common with the average agent these days. Over optimistic but provided a great outcome.
Tim was great to deal with. I never actually got to meet Tim personally but his feedback and assistance was always honest[sum times to my dismay] and punctual. Vendor Advocate Job made easy
Tim was one of two agents selected by me as the Vendors Advocate- His level of recorded sales in this area with a low rate of discounting put him as the leading sales agent in this area- on paper at least. When we interviewed him face to face- his integrity and honesty were also qualities that were evident in this real estate sales professional.When Tim took the property to the market he did exactly what he said he could do and communicated this to me in a prompt and proficient manner- making it easy for me to relay to the vendor. Tim was also supportive of the role that I played as the vendors advocate and during negotiations achieved the best outcome for us and his willingness to assist in contractual matters was crucial in the property being able to settle.
