Carita Lanham ran an extremely professional auction campaign for me for two houses. She is a very genuine person working tirelessly with several viewings in addition to the open houses, to produce the best result for her client. Unlike other agents I have been unfortunate to meet there was no pressure on me at the auction which is highly appreciated. On both occasions the Ray White Benowa staff were highly professional and very supportive, photography was incredible, her auctioneer was brilliant and the results unbelievable! I would thoroughly recommend her to sell your property in any suburb. I intend to purchase through her and reap the benefits of her extensive knowledge.

Tim not only matched, but exceeded my expectations both on service and return on my property investment. I had ultra confidence in appointing Tim as agent as I was aware of a number of recent sales by him in the complex which proved to be highly successful. Tim was able to secure a buyer in a very short period of time which has resulted in a record sale for 2 bed units in the complex. Without a doubt one of the best agents on the coast. His ability to communicate with all parties and negotiate to reach the highest price for his seller has been key in the success of this property.

Tim was very helpful with the purchase of our first investment property in Queensland. Tim was sincere, a good communicator, had good market knowledge and a pleasure to purchase through. I was very impressed with Tim and his professional approach to the sale of our unit. I had asked around for the best person to sell our unit an had Tim recommended to me and I was definitely impressed. he turned the sale around on the unit very quickly. he went way above what was needed arranging handymen to completed small jobs that were needed to get the sale across the line and keeping me updated all the way through, this was especially helpful as I live in Mount Isa and have no idea who to trust to carry out work on the Gold Coast.

I first met Tim when he sold the unit next to mine. I mentioned to him that I was thinking of selling but I needed to do some renovation first. Really it was quite a bit of work and was overwhelming me thinking about it. He said he had a handyman he uses regularly. So I got Tim to visit me with his handyman and he explained what work was needed . Ramzi, the handyman did a tremendous job and Tim followed with a great campaign and my unit was sold. A big effort by all.
