We first met Shahbaj when he was the agent for the sellers of the house we wanted to purchase. But we needed to sell our current place to put in our best offer and, unfortunately, we hadn’t even started that process. We have had an exceptional and wonderful experience with Shahbaj and his team at Ray White!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently purchased a property in WA. The team are on top of everything, professional, efficient, and made everything so seamless and stress free for us. Ray white team are extremely thorough in their final inspection checklist. Multiple videos are obtained for us during the inspection. All outstanding issues are followed up and fixed with videos before settlement. This is very honest, and we really appreciate this as we are interstate and have yet to visit the property. They provided us comfort and confidence in them.
