Dispute this he received multiple offers and he got us the price we were asking which matched very closely to his appraisal of or our home. Shahbaj’s work ethic to get our desired price and the right buyer for our home was impressive to say the least. His local knowledge is exceptional and his honesty is quite a rarity in the industry and true to his word he negotiated with the buyer a longer settlement which gave us the relief we needed to purchase our next home. One other thing we really appreciate was his communication and availability. Shahbaj fully deserves his high-ranking sales position in W.A. and Australia. He demonstrates complete mastery of his profession and is an extremely hard worker. He also has an extensive knowledge of properties in the area he deals with and his finger on the pulse of what is going on. I appreciated so much that he always kept his word, attended to issues promptly and was patient and thoughtful.
