Colin has lost his credibility

We bought a newly renovated apartment in the Admiral Quays building. Colin Walsh was not only the agent but part owner so we trusted him that everything was done correctly. First day the Airconditioning unit flooded the laundry. Technician advised that it was NOT installed by a qualified Airconditioning Technician with drainage hose running up the wall. Colin accepted no responsibility. Now, would you trust this man when buying a property. Colin has lost his credibility.

Fantastic agent!

Kirsten is a fantastic agent and we highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell in the Brisbane CBD area. The best in the business
