I rated Chevonne because of her knowledge and help that she gave.
Checonne was very professional with great knowledge I’d the Industry. Chaconne helped at every turn of purchasing a property and it was never any trouble for her. If I made a phone call, and she was not available the call was returned within a short time.. I would recommend Chevonne anytime.

Professional, courteous, friendly and committed to achieving the best result for all parties.
We only needed to meet with Judy a couple of times the first being the initial Inspection. Judy was able to arrange this inspection for us on short notice and was most obliging. We found Judy to be friendly without being "over the top" and very knowable about the property and area. She made us feel welcome and and answered all our questions honestly and fully. The end result was that we purchased this property thanks to Judy and the other members of the Buderim Ray White Team.

Very professional and helpful
Having worked in real estate industry by myself before, I know how hard is for agents to keep their professionalism through the sale process specially when there are some situations like pandemic and uncertainty. I knew Rob from the time I was working for another Ray White office and when we decided to sell our home it was crystal clear for us that Rob and Sally are the best persons who can do that for us and we were not wrong. From the beginning of the process to the punting up the SOLD sticker, Rob and Sally acted so professional and friendly that result in very satisfactory result. Their marketing, buyer management and open homes were at highest level and we are so happy with them.

Mountain Ridge was the second home that Kathryn had sold for us and we could not be happier with her professionalism, attention to detail and her enthusiasm. Kathryn guided us every inch of the way and it was evident that she was always striving to provide us with an excellent service, including but not limited to, choosing the type of advertising to market the homes, auction versus open listing and open inspections. Kathryn's communication was always exceptional and she touched base with us regularly throughout the marketing campaigns to ensure we were kept apprised of interested parties, feedback and finally contracts. Level of detail and effort unlike no other agent
My wife and I are ex-pats and purchasing a property from overseas is difficult, to say the least. From the initial enquiry about the property Kathryn continuously went above and beyond to assist us. Her professionalism and level of knowledge of the property and the local market was impressive and she was nothing but helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.
