We had a very difficult sale, which was very sensitive as family members were involved however due to his wide experience Gary handled every aspect very well. He went out of his way to make the whole transition, sale, interstate move as best he could. From my perspective he excelled as I had most of the dealings with Gary . A job well done thank you

We would recommend Gary Martin's services to anyone who is serious about selling their house. All through the process Gary was available to talk if we had any concerns, listened to our ideas and always, ALWAYS kept us in the loop regarding interest in the property and what people had to say about it. On the day of our auction he convinced buyers from an earlier auction to attend and in total we had four genuine bidders. The fact that the eventual price realised was over $30,000 above the reserve is a testament to Gary's diligence, knowledge and expertise.
