We recently bought a property with Shellie in Bundeena, we were very pleased & happy with the whole process, Shellie conducted herself in a professional manner with excellent guidance referring to the property with considerable knowledge of the area while having a genuine, honest & friendly relationship with us. Highly recommend. Thanking you

There is not enough words to describe how professional and knowledgeable Shellie worked to sell my unit in Cronulla. I live in Canberra and I was kept informed of the unit’s progress at all times She deserves a gold medal

Shellie has been great. Our house was niche to say the least. She worked so hard to find buyers, encourage anyone to look at it. Then when she found us a buyer she was excellent at negotiating the price. She is great at what she does and genuinely appears to love her career.

Our house was listed before an unusually wet winter washing out so many open house opportunities for non-local buyers! Shellie remained positive and consistent throughout the process, delivering a great result in a buyers market. It’s the little details like keeping the house plants alive and assisting trades at the house outside of normal hours (when you aren’t occupying your home) that sets her apart. She always goes above and beyond, and as a vendor I would definitely recommend her when considering the sale of your property or managing your rental.

Shellie is a dedicate agent who will go above and beyond for the sale of a property. Unfortunately I have been up north and Shelley has helped with getting rid of the things that I didn't need and organised work to be done on the house.

Shellie has good knowledge of the local area as well as interested buyers - local and interested in buying into the area. She is personable, reliable in following up suggestions an drespectful of the vendor's privacy.

Hi everyone, From the moment I contacted Shellie to market my property Shellie was engaged with all her knowledge of a local community and Market skills. Shellie's knowledge is used professionally and with great communication always checking and keeping me up to speed with the buyers. I unconditionally recommend Shellie to be involved in selling or buying your next property. A remarkable outcome. Thank you Shellie. regards Bernie :)

We would like to recommend Shellie Boswell as a professional Realestate agent for selling your house or buying a home….she is friendly, warm professional… and honest with her dealings with us ,all this plus straight away you just know she has our interest in reaching our desired goal.

We found Shellie to be friendly supportive and a welcome part of the selling of our home. She met you with a smile and had a sense of humor. Her experience in real estate was evident right through the process of managing the house inspections and the sale of our property, and about the different reports that were needed both at our sale and the buyer of another home Shellie was undaunted when an unexpected hospital visit/operation meant we had to postpone an inspection as the pressure on us was elevated, and the patient needed bed rest. Well Done
