Hans came to our rescue after my mothers house failed to sell at auction (with another agency). I called Hans after the property passed in to seek his advice as to next steps, Hans was confident that he could find a buyer and offered to speak with the listing agent to see what could be done. True to his word the house was sold within a week, after he identified a buyer for whom the property was a good match, one viewing, one great result... one happy vendor.. thank you again Hans, great work!

Friendly and easy to work with

Exceptionally professional service!
JC has delivered an exceptionally professional service during the course of selling my house. At the stage of repairs and updates, I’ve received lots of constructive advice from him and he also well connected with various service providers whose fees are reasonable . He has always considered my concerns, and so experienced and knowledgeable with with current property market trend. During the process of house inspection, he has positively contacted the potential buyers and kept me informed with the latest data by detailed reports, phone calls or meetings. On auction day, he has fought fiercely for the best price possible and strived to help me achieve the desired outcome. I would 100% recommend JC to anyone who is looking to list their property.

Great selling experience albeit in uncertain market and times
Recently sold our property in Burwood East via Hans and his team. Hans have been so responsive in addressing all our concerns and questions that we might have anytime of the day and even on a SUNDAY, we were very impressed cause not a lot of agency work on Sunday. Hans and his team have great understanding of the local market and buyers which result in us successfully selling our property in this falling market with the best price possible. Hans have also given us weekly property inspection update promptly not long after every open for inspection while implementing an effective selling strategy in order to draw more interest from buyers. Hans been one of the most humble, easy going, professional and patience agent I have met and we are grateful to have him as our selling agent. Overall an amazing experience ! we will definitely be going back to Hans and his team. Highly recommended.
