Great selling experience albeit in uncertain market and times
Recently sold our property in Burwood East via Hans and his team. Hans have been so responsive in addressing all our concerns and questions that we might have anytime of the day and even on a SUNDAY, we were very impressed cause not a lot of agency work on Sunday. Hans and his team have great understanding of the local market and buyers which result in us successfully selling our property in this falling market with the best price possible. Hans have also given us weekly property inspection update promptly not long after every open for inspection while implementing an effective selling strategy in order to draw more interest from buyers. Hans been one of the most humble, easy going, professional and patience agent I have met and we are grateful to have him as our selling agent. Overall an amazing experience ! we will definitely be going back to Hans and his team. Highly recommended.

More than happy with everything
Jichen was incredible to work with. I chose my agent based on someone I felt could mitigate my stress and anxiety by knowing everything and telling me when and how to do things as I was selling from interstate. He handled it all, including offering to help clean the gutters for the photo shoot. Above and beyond in everything, and a lovely, warm personality is what you get with Jichen. He made the whole process smooth, and dare I even say stress-free!

Professional agent who delivers!

Hans has been helping me along the entire journey, even before I sign the contract with him. He patiently explained the entire process, with great details. I met all top agents in the area and decided to go with Hans at Ray White Burwood. Hans has so many years of experience in the area and in this difficult market. Most importantly, he knows so many potential buyers. He helped me to set the correct strategy and tweak along the way. The communications were very smooth. Whenever I had a “dumb question”, I can just pick up the phone. In the weekly meetings, he went through and analysed all the open inspection visitors. Finally, you felt you have been taking good care of. The way he approaches different situations makes me feel comfortable. He also put me in touch with people to furnish and decorate the property etc. to prepare the property for the best result, at the right price and value.

Very happy
We had our property auction not too long ago with a different agency without any sucess. Professional and helpful experience
