A Great Experience
I never thought I would ever say selling my house was a great experience- ever! However. Jichen’s no fuss approach and clear, concise communication was outstanding, making every step of the process realistic & easy to understand. Jichen & his team were available whenever we needed, & no question was either too small or large. Clearly he is a leader in his field & I would not hesitate to engage his services again.

Best Real Estate Agent
Ya Fei is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with as a buyer. He was very, very well-informed of the property he was selling and knew it back to front. He could answer every and any questions we had and would even answer emails or messages late at night or first thing in the morning. He is super hard working, super efficient, professional, courteous and very personable.

Dedicated. Strategic. Results! That is how I would encapsulate my experience with Ya Fei. He knew the market well and advised me to sell before the interest rate hike, in record time, 2 weeks after I sold my property. Unfortunately, the hike happened suddenly during the middle of the campaign but Ya Fei worked hard to gauge buyers response. Weekly vendors reports and extra time spent with potential buyers at inspection/calls. I was very happy, he helped me get the price I wanted!

Neil was so understanding and patient to the requests of buyers. Nothing was too much!. From whether there was a backyard tap to getting me enquire about solar panels to nbn capability. I always had thorough communication. I felt well supported. His work helped me get the price I wanted!

Throughout the process he was fantastic and kept us very well informed.His knowledge of the market and the potential buyers was a great benefit to us.
