For us Jichen is an agent that went above and beyond. From the start we knew what to expect from him and about the whole journey to the sale/auction. All along his commitment, enthusiasm, and pursuit of the best outcome for the sale of our house didn’t wane. He was direct, generous and mindful with his professional advice and any information we needed to hear. We appreciated that.
