Ya Fei was a great agent to work with. He is a true professional whose knowledge of the area is first class. He was caring and patient. He understood my needs and gave sage advice. 5 Stars are not enough
My experience with JC has been more than excellent. After having to make a difficult decision to sell after the financial impacts of Covid on my family, having an agent that was genuinely empathetic was truly amazing. Any other agent may have taken advantage of my situation to get the sale across. The communication from start to finish, his honesty even at a difficult time, his willingness to work to help still achieve the most positive outcome for me & price I wanted - outstanding. Awesome and smooth experience
Jichen is awesome. He is accurate, considerate, passionate as well as paying loads of attention to details. We recently purchased a property via Jichen. It is the most expensive purchase ever for us. Needless to say, we are anxious and frustrated. It is Jichen, with his both professional knowledge and top notch attitude that made the purchase a smooth journey. Absolutely professional
Ya knocked on our door between Xmas and New Year to inquire if we were thinking about selling. This first interaction told us he was keen, genuine and he knew the area. He was absolutely professional in every interaction from that day on. Ya was always willing to offer suggestions but done in a respectful helpful manner. His attention to detail and follow-up on every issue big or small could not be faulted. I felt we were genuinely working together, and we achieved a very good outcome.

Beyond expectations
Great team! They managed the property in the past 3 years and handled the tenants very well. They recently helped the property auction campaign and the auction result exceeded the expectations. They are always there when I contacted them and respond promptly and professionally. Their suggestions are always objective and helpful, not like some other agents over promise and under deliver. Their can-do attitude explains everything.
