The sales campaign was professionally handled, and we are very happy that Jichen(JC) sold our family's property for an excellent price. He delivered what he promised and his communication was great, we were always kept informed, from start to finish. The auction was very successful and the final result was well above our expectation. We would like to recommend JC and his team to all who look for a professional agent to sell their properties.

Kenneth is one of the most committed real estate agents I have met in the six-months I've spent looking for our family home. He constantly sent us updates about potential listings which may suit our family and his level of expertise and professionalism is unparalleled. I would highly recommend Kenneth to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home, as I'm sure we will certainly return in the future!

We needed an agent who was familiar with the area and who would accept & manage the sale while we were overseas. Kenneth demonstrated his expertise by clearly explaining the selling process & undertook the organisation of staging, painting, cleaning, etc on our behalf. Reporting of buyer & open house interest was good; and once interest in pre-auction sale was evident Kenneth engaged with the prospective buyers to produce a most attractive offer which led rapidly to a contract
