Hardworking Agent - Excellent Service
We auctioned our home in Blackburn recently through Ray White Burwood. Jichen Quan, Senior Sales Executive and Kenneth Kong, Director, Auctioneer are a fantastic combination. I learnt that auctions are not about just what happens on auction day but all the work that goes into it in the lead up. Jichen is relentless in his pursuit to get you the best price for your property. He is hardworking, honest, friendly and provides good advice. He is always there arriving early at the open days and is not a clock watcher if buyers want to talk to him beyond the allotted time. He also treats buyers with respect and attempts to alleviate any concerns they may have in a sincere manner. The charismatic Ken (Kenneth) is the icing on the cake on auction day. He is calm, collected and humorous in conducting the auction. He tries his best to extract the best from prospective bidders. Both Jichen and Ken work in-sync on the day. Proactive and patient!
We saw this property online, one day before it was going to auction, and Yafei was the agent. He was extremely helpful and proactively arranged for a private inspection at short notice. He was patient and answered all our questions about the property during inspection, and didn't rush us even though we took awhile to walk through as we liked the place. We ended up buying the property at auction the next day!
