kind and professional
I got acquainted with Hans when purchasing my first house during a special inspection. I had not wanted to buy this one. Hans analyzed the market situation to me and strongly recommended me to have a try. I finally made it, and all my family are quite satisfied with this deal. Hans is really helpful. Three months passed, this time Hans led me to see a beautiful townhouse in Eley rd Burwood. I'm very interested in this one. But it's a pity my bidding was beat by other family. I really appreciated all the efforts by Hans. He came over and back again and again, almost tirelessly even on Sunday. It's so great and kind of Hans. I think he's excellent!

Excellent agent
Kenneth is personable, friendly and easy to deal with. He listened to our views and comments and did not try to dictate or imprint his opinions on to us. He is a flexible and honest agent and auction negotiator. Highly recommend. Also Ray White's Harry Li is an excellent Auctioneer.

Reliable Agent
Kenneth Kong was an honest and very reliable agent. Kenneth was honest with us from day one and didn't try to get our business with deception and inflated sale prices. He was reliable, and always made himself available no matter what time of the day. He is passionate about his work and his relationship with the client was outstanding.
