Kenneth understands what the vendor and purchaser want and strives to achieve. He makes it possible in a very short time. He delivers what he promises on a realistic approach.

Excellent communicator and very willing to listen and discuss with seller before suggesting an action plan. Together with a young team garnered feedback from potential buyers to modify and sharpen his sales approach. Personal feedback indicated he was seen as reliable and competent to both prospective buyers and to interested neighbours, a couple of whom were greatly impressed and are likely to employ him even before the auction was conducted. His regular feedback to the seller was most helpful and indicated his knowledge of progress of his selling plan. It certainly produced a good outcome in our case.

This agent is on the right track when it comes to skills needed to succeed, and exceed, and above that he respects the vendor as a person, not just "the owner of another property to sell"

Ken was extremely switched from the moment we first met him at the Burwood Ray White Office. He was extremely professional in all his dealings with us, was extremely accommodating and available to meet us at anytime we requested (7.30am Tuesdays or 8pm Sundays) and did a great job in keeping us updated regularly after each house inspection. Any potential home sellers would be very satisfied if they had Ken as their real estate agent. Would recommend to all my family and friends.
