I do not know Cathy except over the phone. Negotiations which I had to do depended on her expertise and knowledge of the UNIT which I bought. Cathy had to believe that I was a credible purchaser and not a looker, she had to tell me everything necessary for me to make a decision to purchase or not to purchase, she had to negotiate for me after I decided to purchase and then she had to recommend a solicitor to do the transfer and all the necessary paperwork . Cathy recommended Mariaan Erasmus who did what had to be done, and I am now the owner of an investment unit which my lovely wife said that after 43 years of doing all our investments together I could not do it without her. I did it without her knowing and it is in my name ONLY. My wife Loraine (only one "R") now knows that I can do things without her but I would NOT trade her for the worth. None of this would have been possible without the specialist assistance from Cathy and also Mariaan. I cannot write highly enough of both of Cathy and Mariaan. I would recommend both to anyone whom would need their expert opinions and professionalism Thanks

Our broker and conveyancer said in their 20 years (each) experience, ours was the worst bank process they had ever seen. Seriously it was a nightmare. Cathy was the one bright light in the horrid process. She kept the vendor onside, negotiated when needed and made sure the property was still there while the unnamed BIG bank made mistake after mistake and delay after delay.
