Have never been a fan of auctions & after ours failed we haven't been converted. Unfortunately we didn't achieve anywhere near our asking price but this was due to the market & not the agent who did the very best she could. She was in touch often & kept us up to date at all times. Maybe was simply the wrong time to sell for us.
