Jake sold us our new home. He was accommodating and understanding of the constraints which we faced buying a house from overseas. He worked to fit in with our viewing schedules, he showed friends and relatives through on our behalf, giving them the space and privacy they needed to show us the house using skype. He answered our questions and provided the information we needed. When we were ready to make an offer he worked with us, again while we were overseas. Although he represented the vendors we felt he provided us with useful and fair information during the negotiation process. He was responsive to our emails and phone calls which we felt was important to us. We recommend him highly.

Jake ticked the most important box as far as I am concerned and that is he listened. He listened to what I thought before he put a selling plan together and if he disagreed with me he explained himself clearly and gave reasons why he suggested alternative ideas. I was a little hesitant at first appointing Jake as he was younger than other agents I have dealt with however he proved to be a winner obtaining a price that I was more than happy with. His age brought with it enthusiasm, there was no slackness in following up potential buyers, no attempts to second guess them. He also showed he had a sound knowledge of the market we were in and his guidance was based on this knowledge. He proved to be a good sales person by the result he achieved.
