Jake provided us with a well considered assessment of our property and its value in the market of the day. He pointed out some issues we could address to improve the value and, by following his advice, we were able to place the house on the market, confident that its presentation would attract interested buyers. Jake provided us with a professional advertising campaign, then placed the ad online on the Thursday and held an 'open house' on the following Saturday. A healthy number of prospective buyers inspected the house and several had follow up inspections on the Monday. These led to an offer that exceeded our expectations and resulted in the property being sold on the Tuesday. It was only on the market for five days because of Jake's good advice and professional service. He communicates well, has a good sense of humour and is a nice guy to boot. We enjoyed our experience working with him and highly recommend Jake to any buyer or seller looking for an agent.
