Phyllis was amazing. She was very considerate of my 94 year old mother who was selling her townhouse after 20 years. She is very professional but personable at the same time. She communicates with you regularly keeping you up-to-date at all times and provides a thorough summary after every open home. During our initial meeting Phyllis helped us with very informative discussions on choosing the right method for the sale of the home. The various options were discussed together with an outline of the fees and charges for each option. Phyllis was most helpful in explaining the auction process to us and how we should prepare our home in order to achieve the best sales price at auction. In addition, she discussed our responsibilities. She regularly phoned/visited to discuss progress and bids from prospective buyers, and sent us reports listing the people who attended the open home inspections and their comments. Phyllis regularly contacted prospective buyers. We were very happy with the manner in which the auction process was conducted and with the final sale price achieved.
