We started preparing the sale 6 months prior and it worked wonderfully. As a seller, I pretty much didn’t need to do a lot but to make necessary decisions, Nathan would take care of the rest. Phyllis was amazing. She was very considerate of my 94 year old mother who was selling her townhouse after 20 years. She is very professional but personable at the same time.
