From the moment we met Sebastian and Harry, we were blown away by their expertise and product knowledge in Kaleen. They walked us through the process taking all the time we required, making us feel at ease. They guided us through the process suggested a plan A on getting the most for our marketing campaign and attracting quality sellers. As the go to market day approached, the world was turned on its head with the war on Ukraine, we phoned Sebastian and he came up with a plan B, shuffling our schedule and locking on photographers etc., to align with the new start date. The campaign started and the market spoke, Sebastian kept us informed every step of the way with open communication. The auction day came and the buyers market had began to cool as clearance rates fell. Sebastian and Harry kept the qualified buyers interested and where other properties were being passed in we had 7 qualified and interested buyers.
