From the moment we met Sebastian and Harry, we were blown away by their expertise and product knowledge in Kaleen. They guided us through the process suggested a plan A on getting the most for our marketing campaign and attracting quality sellers. As the go to market day approached, the world was turned on its head with the war on Ukraine, we phoned Sebastian and he came up with a plan B, shuffling our schedule and locking on photographers etc., to align with the new start date. When I thought about selling my property I went straight to Symon as Badenoch had been managing the rental for several years and Symon been in regular contact to update me in the market and keep me in the loop over that period. It was the best decision, Symon and Lucia managed the preparations and sale and were amazing. As I was interstate I was a little apprehensive but both Symon and Lucia swung into action and suggested options to ensure the sale and maximise the price, this included painting, cleaning and styling as well as a few small fixes around the house. They also worked to keep the garden tidy over the duration of the marketing period. Symon and Lucia liaised with providers and organised all the work to be done to a high standard and passed on the invoices in a timely manner. They kept me up to date with interest in the property, attendance at open homes and general comments from buyers. In preparation for the auction Symon was honest and realistic about a reserve price. On l auction day Symon kept me up to date and I’ll never forget the phone call where he asked me if I was sitting down when he revealed the selling price. It was far in excess of my expectations and I am grateful to Symon and Lucia for all the work they did in the preparation phase and on the day of the sale.
