I was most grateful to have Mark’s support in selling my house at a time of slowing markets. I liked the way he went about appraising my house initially comparing strengths and weaknesses with similar properties. The marketing campaign built interest through regular mid week and weekend open house inspections and even though there were no bidders at auction, the house sold within 10 days and Mark played a crucial role in working to achieve an acceptable price from a couple of bidders. Throughout the whole process he kept me appraised of progress with regular and timely feedback which helped me get a feel for the current state of the market for my property and thus what might be achievable within a realistic time frame. He was a pleasure to work with and a very nice and trust worthy person. I always felt I had his full attention even though he was engaged in selling other properties. He was also ably supported by Ali Sutton, his new assistant, whom he kept in the loop so that there was always some one to answer queries at once!
