Symon and Lucia were amazing! They supported us throughout the entire journey. They paid attention to the small things and always emailed or called to let us know what was happening. As we live interstate it was hard not being able to check in on things, however Symon and Lucia made us feel like we were at all the inspections and included us in all the decisions. The emails came in before and after every inspection and we can’t thank them enough for all their help.
