This year, when I finally made the decision to sell Symon provided me with an excellent approach to sell, with the tenant remaining in the property up until the last 20 days before settlement. He provided me with a realistic assessment of the sale price, which we achieved after a reasonable period, which included a lower offer. He assisted me through a somewhat difficult period to finalise contract exchange. I would recommend Symon and his team for both sale and rental management.

I recommend Symon and the Badenoch agency as a whole. They recently sold my apartment quickly and at a price I was happy with.
