I recommend Symon and the Badenoch agency as a whole. They recently sold my apartment quickly and at a price I was happy with. In the past I have been a Badenoch tenant, then when I bought the property the agency also managed it for several years while it was rented out. When it came time to sell I did check out other agents to test the market but Symon’s frank and positive approach easily stood out. That was such a seamless, stress free relationship that they were the only choice for me when I came to sell it. Symon and Lucia were fabulous. Gave me great advice, provided a really clear outline of the whole process, gave straightforward feedback and were in regular contact with me, worked so hard to get the sale and the price for me but were also compassionate, working hard to help a potential buyer get over the line as well. We had Symon and Lucia from Badenoch Real Estate sell two apartments for us this year. Really pleased with the level of knowledge and service they provided.
