I am not a person who follows the ups and downs of the real estate market in Canberra closely, although it is true to say that one could ignore the the publicity surrounding Australia's market in recent years. I found Jake Battenally personable and easy to converse with, and somehow he generated a confidence in me as to his knowledge of the market in my area. I am not a person who likes to be bombarded with endless information, and I think he realized that. In the end I was very happy with the eventual sale, and with his performance. I would recommend him to anybody.
