Both Symon and Lucia are very professional, helpful and absolutely pleasant people to work with. Compared to other agents, we appreciate the space that Symon and Lucia have given us - during the whole process, we never feel being pressured by them. Lucia is very delightful and keep us informed of where things were up to. A few weeks after settlement, the kitchen oven stopped working. When Lucia heard of that, she didn't hesitate to help us and the seller kindly provided us with the supporting documents for us to access warranty. I suppose that says a lot - a person who's still willing to help others while they have no interest in them. We've got good luck with the agents and sellers, they are all very kind people.
