It was a pleasure dealing with Phyllis and her team. Great communicators - always kept us up to date on everything. Very understanding and patient, and was on top of everything, which really lessened the stress for us. Highly recommended! My only suggestion is that if they could make sure that the vendors/ trades that they recommend are also in top form and have a can-do attitude. Our cleaners were not the best (we didn’t realise they weren’t going to clean the tile grout as they promised to clean everything in the house, and the bathroom shower screens weren’t very clean at the bottom). Also the building inspectors were really very slow and even after many weeks the report given to us was not updated (they fixed this straight away).

Treston sold our property and there was quite a few hurdles to get the job done and he succeeded on all levels. Nothing was a problem and he helped us through every step. Treston is the full real estate package. He can advise on preparing the house for market, the marketing strategy best suited to the conditions and type of property. Simon and Lucia were excellent communicators and kept me up to date with how the sale process was going, not to mention dealing with difficult tenants. When the property was finally at listing stage, they were super efficient and found a buyer before the first open house. Treston got us a result which we were happy with, and negotiated very well with the eventual buyer. However where he and his team really shone through were in the extra things they did for us around helping facilitate repairs and maintenance. Treston even arranged for our cat run to be advertised on marketplace and negotiated the sale with the eventual buyer!
