Andrew and his team work extremely hard and know what they are doing. They are on hand and easy to talk to and contact regarding any questions we had and kept us informed all through the process. Genuine and transparent, Andrew and Micky were honest about expectations and what we could expect throughout the whole process, the realities and their honesty ensured that we were prepared for any outcome to the process. In our circumstances, selling and still living in the house was tough; Andrew and Micky made a point of acknowledging the hard work we did to ensure that house was presented well and kept this way for the duration of that marketing process, as tough as it was. Andrew also acknowledged our past dealings with him and ensured that we knew the repeat business was appreciated. In his own words "treat your customer as if you are only being paid for the second job" and his response to us as repeat customers was no different that that of my first experience of him.

I approached Sebastian to act as my real estate agent based on his reputation in the Kaleen/Giralang area. He was prompt in his eagerness to help once I advised him of my timing and desire to sell my property. With his associate (Robyn) assisting in the preparation for sale of the property, everything was well organised and a timeframe for the sale was planned. Unfortunately, the existing tenant caused some difficulties but these were overcome and plans adjusted to accommodate the delay. A very professional team approach.
