I first met Phyllis several years ago at an open inspection. We got talking and she gave me an appraisal on my apartment. While I didn't sell at that time, I always remembered her commitment to service and she continued to touch base every year or so, so that when I finally decided to sell she was the logical person to try out as an agent. When she first told me what she thought she could get for the property, I was sceptical, but after following her excellent advice in relation to presentation, we put the property to market. To my surprise, our first offer came in after only one open-house and was substantially higher that what I was expecting. A second, higher offer soon followed and the property was promptly sold. I believe that our sales result was entirely attributable to Phyllis' knowledge of her market and her good negotiation skills. I highly recommend her services and will use her again for selling other property in the future.
