This is the question I asked Kate last year. I was honest about the limit and she was confident and positive in a warm and friendly way. I looked at other properties and agents as well. I couldn't make the scheduled showing due to car issues. She found a number of alternate times and was so helpful. When we saw the 3 bedroom stand alone town house I was pleased.
