I found her to be a very approachable and friendly person, who was willing to go the extra mile in my service. She kept in touch over the following five years until I was ready to sell. Once I had decided to sell, Phyllis leapt into action, organising everything necessary. I was in fact out of the country for most of the sales period, but I left my house in Phyllis' hands fully confident in her skills.
