Even though the settlement was falling over, did not keep trying to find another buyer. Tried to get us to take the settlement without the penalty interest after weeks of delays, when we only sold it at low price for quick settlement (another unit in same complex sold for money more in less time with another agent). This would of left us without a legal leg to stand on, the relative property law clearly stated the buyer had to pay this at settlement but both our Real Estate agent and settlement agent were trying to get us to settle without it being paid.
