It was a stress free experience from start to finish.
Michael never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. He was upfront and honest and got the job done professionally and with a smile. He knows the market well and was pretty much spot on with the listing price. He explained all processes and that showed his expertise in real estate. Michael always provided feedback on every inspection which showed his good communication skills.

Excellent service

Professional and Honest
We have bought and sold through Michael for over 20 years and he has managed our rental properties all this time. He obviously has developed extensive knowledge in the area and surrounds over the years, has been professional to work with and honest in his dealings and appraisals. I would wholeheartedly recommend Michael to anyone interested in buying, selling or renting, or who requires their property to be managed.

Excellent experience.
This is the 2nd house we have sold with Michael so we where not surprised this time around with his knowledge of the area. We achieved a higher price then we expected and was under offer after only 2 weeks. Very happy with the experience overall!

Very professional.
