Excellent experience.
This is the 2nd house we have sold with Michael so we where not surprised this time around with his knowledge of the area. We achieved a higher price then we expected and was under offer after only 2 weeks. Very happy with the experience overall!

Very professional.

Very professional!
We used Michael to sell two houses and on both occasions we achieved higher prices then we where expecting and both sold within a week of being on the market. Michael always kept us in the loop with what was happening. I would be happy to recommend Michael to anyone selling there property.

Caring and took the time to understand
Cameron grew up in the same street as me and when it came time to get an appraisal I could think of no better person to do it for me. The situation was quite sensitive due to the home being in the family for more than 70 years and I advised Cameron that I'd only deal with him and that he'd need to be patient with me. Cameron never pushed for me to sell and allowed me the time to make decisions that befitted the situation and for me that's one of the most important traits when making a transaction of this nature. I'm grateful for everything Cameron did on my mothers and my behalf, it's been a thoroughly painless transaction at a very difficult time. Thanks for everything, RWC and Cameron.
