Fantastic agent
Impeccably dressed,knowledgeable of the suburb and home that he is selling and the pending buyers are greeted and given assistance in any way possible, all viewings are logged and all this information compiled so the seller is constantly updated. If you want a home sold Cameron's your man

I have used Ray White in Cannington for approx 3 years as my rental agent and then as my selling agent and I have found the service to be of a very high standard. I had some trouble with the Insurance company and the staff at R W were very helpful and were able to negotiate on my behalf. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Impressive young man
We have known Cameron ever since his father introduced us quite a few years ago. Since that time he has shown great respect, therefore has very good communication skills with all age groups. Got us over the line!
We were selling our house in a 'down' market so were grateful for the expertise of Cameron Smart in understanding the changing market. From the word 'go' we had great signage, a great video and great advertising on line. He also emailed all potential clients about our home coming on the market. His weekly reports of who had been through the home open and his follow up of the clients that came through our home made us feel very involved in the process, like we were present at our own home open. This helped us to be realistic about our sale price as the market moved and we were able to sell our home in a timely manner and for a realistic price. Highly recommend him.

Amazing - absolutely amazing! Sold the property most satisfactorily, and so quickly.

Thorough, easy to deal with

Both Steve Howell and the Ray White Cannington office did an excellent job for us.
We found Steve Howell excellent to deal with, he advertised our property very well and had a high standard of knowledge on how the market at the time was. Steve always kept us up dated on customer feedback and had very good communication skills. He was always punctual with appointments and home opens, he did a great job prior to/ during and after the Auction of our property.
