I found my agent Cameron Smart okay but felt some lack of some communication initiative and credibility of information. I missed my building inspection date because I haven't ream one of the email carefully. But it would be nice if my agent would have remind me that I am going to miss the very crucial inspection. Moreover, I requested him to arrange the building inspection for my satisfaction (out of which I will not be able to claim any thing) but he denied. At this point I felt he is serving only the seller. Besides, he informed me that the strata fee includes building insurance but which was not true.

Michael was extremely professional in all aspects of the sale. We sat down and discussed prices of homes around Roleystone that were similar in terms of features, , land size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms Etc. We needed a quick sale but didn't want to be accepting anything below what we thought our house was worth. We had already made an offer on another property in Roleystone, that coincidentally Michael was managing the sale of. We came up with a figure. Michael stipulated that we advertise "Quick Sale" with offers over the asking price. By the way the Photographer took outstanding photos which were taken late afternoon. These were an enormous contributing factor to the sale. We stated that big it didn't sell in 30 days we would take it off the Market We had lots of interest overall and sold our house in 9 days. The offer was well over the asking price. Absolutely, we could not fault Michael. We managed to sell our house in what is record time for Roleystone and were able to move into our new place. Over the Moon!!

Achieve sale with market price or lower in quantity is a good achievement but sale to upmarket buyers with quality and better price is more challenging. It is what I should think about in future development.
