Great Agent

Rental & Sale of property
We built a complex of six units in 2001. From the day these were ready for rental we engaged Cameron Smart and his team at Ray White Real-estate in Cannington to seek suitable tenants and look after our investment property. We must say, Cameron and his team have done an excellent job in looking after them and the tenants. The inspection and financial reports and attention to detail was first class. It is because of them these units remained in good presentable and rental able condition in 2018. In December 2018 we decided to sell the whole complex. It was all handled by Cameron Smart & his team. Over the years we had several real estate companies approach us to take on the rental agency, we advise them we had no reason to change as we were more than satisfied with Ray White. When we put the units on the market we again had other real-estate agents contact us wanting the listing. Again we advise them we have no reason to change as we are satisfied with the level service. We would not hesitate in using or recommending Cameron Smart & his team at Ray white Cannington. These are genuine comments from my wife and I We have not received or offered any type of bribe for what we are saying here. Being in business for ourselves for over 30 years we see a look of business that give mandioca / average service. We do not hesitate to recommending business that go that extra mile to stand out. Tough Sale
This was not a conventional sale by any means, but when our finance fell through the house was placed back on the market by the agent despite his claims that we had a "valid contract" on the property and them holding onto our deposit. When it comes time to sell, we'll be looking around for another agent.

Having used a previous agent for a period of approx 10 months for no result, we approached Cameron Smart at Ray White Canning. We found Cameronto be both hard working and conscientious with both home opens and advertising for our property. Cameron attended all home opens and kept us informed of viewers and visitors on each occasion. He also had more people thru in 3 weeks than our previous agent had in 10months

I was impressed with Cameron from our first meeting. He was able to provide me with plenty of information and helped me feel confident with my options.
