Very diligent and persistent
It was a difficult sale but I was very impressed with Cameron's diligence and persistence until the very end. All the reports were sent back to me with details of all inquiries and follow-ups even when I did not held high hopes. Even though the sale didn't achieve the price I was hoping for, in the end it had reached an agreeable value that I could compromise thanks to Cameron's persistence and not letting go of any opportunity for a sale even with the slightest chance. Cameron was also patient in our dealings as there were a lot of going back and forth between seller and buyer. So congratulations and thanks to Cameron for a job well-done! Review on Cameron Smart
Cameron dealt with all matters professionally, from negotiating, organising inspections and communications with myself as the buyer and my settlement agent. He was also punctual for all appointments. He has great market knowledge of the suburb of Cannington. I would not hesitate to recommend him to prospective buyers and sellers.

Very satisfied from start to settlement
Cameron was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the market and set the right asking range. As a result we had several offers from the first open home and a sale right in the middle of my selling range. Being interstate meant Cameron took on more work than normal to help me out over the inspection and settlement process and he did it all quickly and willingly.
