Competent, friendly and all things professional
James went out of his way to deliver a professional service, constantly keeping me up to date on the build status, settlement status and even after settlement, some questions I've had in relation to the property. Not being based in Queensland, and purchasing property during COVID lockdowns, I was very reliant on James to be my eyes and ears for this purchase. Erin is the consummate professional

Excellent help for buying our first home
I texted James to view this property on the saturday night and I recieved a text back within minutes for a viewing the next day, throughout giving us time during the inspection and follow up inspections. Not pushy at all and even after signing of contract James was happy for us to get quotes. James is the best REA I've met in Brisbane and would reccomend him to anyone. He is very communicative and extremely easy to deal with.

Amazing results!!!

Excellent Agent - Highly Recommend
Having never sold a property before we were so happy to have engaged with Jose Peralta who guided us through every step of the process from beginning to end, and identified all our options for the sale. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the market we were selling in and set realistic expectations.
