I was extremely happy with the James and the entire Ray White Carina team they were professional and prompt at all times. What impressed me the most about James was the fact he was honest from the outset on his expectations for what he could realistically achieve for the property and delivered on this. I have no hesitation recommending James or using him again in the future.

Erin handled the sale (of our new home to us) in the most professional, friendly & efficient manner possible. We’ve bought and sold a number of times, across different states and property types. We’ve dealt with many agents over many years. You could not ask for a better experience or service than what Erin gave us. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. She’s truly such a pleasure to deal with. We’ll be recommending her to anyone that’s wanting or needing an agent. Thank you Erin for making such an important and all consuming transaction a total breeze! We wish you all the very best.

I texted James to view this property on the saturday night and I recieved a text back within minutes for a viewing the next day, throughout giving us time during the inspection and follow up inspections. Not pushy at all and even after signing of contract James was happy for us to get quotes. James is the best REA I've met in Brisbane and would reccomend him to anyone. He is very communicative and extremely easy to deal with.

We had tried other agents for over 6 months. We had half our development still unsold. Within 3 weeks Erin had several offers on the remaining tonwhouses and all were unconditional within 6 weeks of her engagement. I could not recommend Erin highly enough. Thx Erin

Having never sold a property before we were so happy to have engaged with Jose Peralta who guided us through every step of the process from beginning to end, and identified all our options for the sale. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the market we were selling in and set realistic expectations. It was also great to get Jose’s advise on how to style the house both inside and outside, he has a great eye for detail and identified many small changes that made such a big difference to the overall presentation of our house and resulted in a very quick sale. Jose was very professional and trustworthy, and both myself and my husband would highly recommend him to anybody looking to sell their property.

He had the knowledge about the carina and surrounding areas.

We have met plenty of standard, stereotypical real estate agents throughout our journey looking to purchase our new family home. Jose is NOT one them, far from it.....an absolutely great guy with the service to match.

We’ve worked with Jose on both the purchase and sale of our property. As both a buyer and seller we had an outstanding experience from start to end. Jose is honest, friendly and trustworthy and always extremely professional. Jose has excellent experience and market knowledge and was a pleasure to work with. Selling a home is a very stressful process but Jose made it as stressful free as possible and delivered an excellent result. Thanks Jose!

Jose is very genuine and took a personal interest in the sale. By following Jose’s advice, built on significant local experience we transformed our property to achieve an outstanding result that far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jose.

A few of our friends had sold houses with Jose and spoke very highly of him. We contacted Jose early on in the process to get his opinion on how we should prepare our house for sale. He advised us on how to prepare our house for sale and worked out an action plan on what maintenance and work to do on our home to prepare it for sale. We had a modest budget and Jose was even able to recommend tradespeople to complete the work for a very reasonable sum. When we were ready to put our house on the market it looked fantastic. With Jose's action plan and processes we listed the house one week, had one open home with a 2nd follow up for serious buyers and had 6 written offers within the week. We would have accepted the lowest but ended up with an truly excellent contract, with the terms we were after. Not to mention a price many, many tens of thousands more than what we could have dreamed of. Jose was with us from start to finish, with his guidance, advice and knowledge we were able to achieve something we had dreamt of but didn't know how to achieve. The return on investment on our budget to prepare the house with his advice was huge! It's a very stressful time and Jose could not have managed the sale process, and our emotions better! Since then we have recommended Jose to several friends and their experience has been the same as ours. When we eventually sell again there will only be one agent we contact. Thanks Jose!
