Jose was very knowledgable of the status of the market and advised us what was required for our property so that we could achieve the optimum sale price. Jose recommended minor improvements to the property which added dramatically to the appearance of the property and therefore led to a higher sale price.

Fabulous experience. Jose is a very genuine, relatable real estate agent.
I found Jose at a time when I was pessimistic of finding a relatable 'buyers' real estate agent. Jose immediately made me feel comfortable with his knowledge of the market and the area I was searching. I was impressed by his ethics, his response to calls and questions, and his assistance through the buying process.
