Professional, honest and reliable

Excellent from start to finish
A few of our friends had sold houses with Jose and spoke very highly of him. We contacted Jose early on in the process to get his opinion on how we should prepare our house for sale. He advised us on how to prepare our house for sale and worked out an action plan on what maintenance and work to do on our home to prepare it for sale. We had a modest budget and Jose was even able to recommend tradespeople to complete the work for a very reasonable sum. When we were ready to put our house on the market it looked fantastic. With Jose's action plan and processes we listed the house one week, had one open home with a 2nd follow up for serious buyers and had 6 written offers within the week. We would have accepted the lowest but ended up with an truly excellent contract, with the terms we were after. Not to mention a price many, many tens of thousands more than what we could have dreamed of. Jose was with us from start to finish, with his guidance, advice and knowledge we were able to achieve something we had dreamt of but didn't know how to achieve. The return on investment on our budget to prepare the house with his advice was huge! It's a very stressful time and Jose could not have managed the sale process, and our emotions better! Since then we have recommended Jose to several friends and their experience has been the same as ours. When we eventually sell again there will only be one agent we contact. Thanks Jose!
