James went beyond that he took the interest in what I was looking for! I went to see one and it wasn’t what I was looking for and then he spent the time to show me another. He understood and respected what I was looking for. He was very patient and I felt very comfortable because he gave me the time to view the property when I wish without putting pressure on me.
