James was amazing! When looking for a new home I contacted many local real estate agents and found most were not really interested in what you were looking for only looking for a sale. James went beyond that he took the interest in what I was looking for! I went to see one and it wasn’t what I was looking for and then he spent the time to show me another. He understood and respected what I was looking for. He was very patient and I felt very comfortable because he gave me the time to view the property when I wish without putting pressure on me. He was prompt with communication, this is what I loved about Jame’s caring approach and professionalism.

Persistant and Confident to get the job done
Nick had quite a task negotiating our deal.... with his persistant, never give up attitude, he got the deal over the line with all parties happy with the outcome.
