James was a pleasure to deal with.
I was very impressed with the level of communication I received from James. With multiple parties involved, having a high level of communication was very important. He was very accommodating and was always willing to help where possible. I found him to be very trustworthy and he delivered on his promises. I would have no hesitation with buying through James again.

When we first started on the process of putting this house on the market, we approached 3 real estate agents.Of the three James immediately impressed us with the maturity of his approach, his obvious deep knowledge of the real estate market and his energy and enthusiasm to help us.As it turned out our property presented a number of special challenges involving the heritage character of the house, the awkward configuration of the house itself on the large block and the poor state of many elements in the structure of the house due to pest infestation.With James's help and professional approach these issues were worked through and a number of potential purchasers were identified by James and his colleague Andrew. At the close of the selling process James moved into high gear and was successful in negotiating what we believe was the best possible financial deal for us. We commend him for his professionalism , his open and consultative manner and for making what could have been a fraught process for us a trouble free time. We are located in Canberra and this added to the difficulties we faced but again we were able to feel that at all times we were in control of the selling process. WE have no hesitation in commending James and recommending his services to other vendors

Sale of Apartment in Fairfield QLD
In my recent dealings with James on behalf of my employer I found James to be extremely Professional in his approach to assisting with our requirements. Extremely impressed at the short time in which it took James to sell the property within almost a week from the Open House. James was excellent at keeping me up to date right throughout the process & even after the property had sold his follow up phone call to ensure that all was good with the sale of the Apartment.
